Governance

In accordance with New Hampshire law, Ukraine Crisis Aid Group is incorporated as a nonprofit corporation for charitable purpose.  We are governed under Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws by a Board of Directors under the supervision of the Secretary of State and the NH Department of Justice Charitable Trusts Unit.  Our Articles, By-Laws, and elections all meet the tests for compliance with State requirements for independence and anti-corruption practices.
