Events

Ukraine Crisis Aid Group and its volunteers, supporters, and partners around the world organize events from time to time.  

 

We hold lectures to promote awareness and education about the war in Ukraine and humanitarian aid efforts. These are entitled "Ukraine - Behind the Front Lines and Beyond the Headlines" where Megan Carroll Himmer and Alan Himmer give a 60-90 minute presentation followed by Q&A covering the history of Ukraine, the war, the types and methods of humanitarian aid delivery to Ukraine, and our personal experience as "boots on the ground" providing a unique firsthand perspective that you won't get from the news media.  The lecture is apolitical and is not a fundraiser.

There are also rallies, concerts, and fundraising events with the aim of fundraising, advocacy, and promoting awareness.
